Hyourinmaru

Another Art class piece! Heehee. Don't worry, I'm only uploading the ones that I actually like. There's more that I'm not bothering with.

Anyway, this was the same type of assignment as the Naiyo picture; using a grid to make the picture. 'cept this time, we had to pick animals to use and we had to do two pictures. My other picture was a spider that didn't come out well at ALL, but then this one...well, the teacher didn't say it had to be a REAL animal. X3 And I just loved the picture outta the Bleach manga ([link]) that shows Hitsugaya meeting Hyourinmaru for the first time. I figured it'd be a good piece to work from, so I did! It was fun, messing with the grid, the line values and their thicknesses. All angle-y like that, it was an interesting exercise. Got an A- on it, anyway!
